A two-building office complex situated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project comprised a 175,000 square foot class A office tower and renovation of the adjacent 53,000 square foot six-story class A office building.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the world-class development features the historic hotel tower and a new 10-story addition including pools, bars, ballrooms, a private club, spa, fitness centers, conference rooms, and hotel suites. Indigo Bay Resort

Situated in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, the resort encompasses six buildings set across three acres, featuring a resort-style pool, beach, and marina. Each two-story building houses 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, spanning 800 to 900 square feet, complete with a full kitchen and living room.

Royal Palm Plaza

Located in Coral Springs, Florida, is a neighborhood shopping center spanning 115,000 square feet on 11 acres, which includes 40 stores. The center underwent a significant capital improvement project that involved relocating six stores, upgrading utility services, enhancing the façade and landscaping, reroofing, and expansion to accommodate two new junior anchors.

One Imeson

The One Imeson Industrial Center, spanning 74 acres in Jacksonville, Florida, encompasses a 1.7 million square-foot building area. Originally constructed as a Sears distribution center in 1974, the building's considerable size and age necessitate ongoing capital improvements to modernize the facility for both large and small tenants.

Jackson Memorial North Parking Garage

The project involved a detailed phasing plan to ensure hospital operations were not disrupted.
